This heavy cloak is crafted from the hide of a basilisk, with a hood that resembles the creature's distinctive head.

Each round, enemies who look at you must pass a Con save, DC 21, or be petrified for 1 round. They can avert their eyes to avoid the effect, but doing so imposes disadvantage on their attacks against you, and they are disadvantaged to reactions against you.
