Short rest, swift, concentration, emanation 2; howling winds whip around you, blowing snow and sleet thick enough to obscure vision. On turn start, the area becomes slippery terrain. Enemies suffer disadvantage to any attack for which a single square of this effect intervenes between them and their target, and they cannot see anything with 2 or more intervening squares. You are immune to both of these effects.
