Cloak(er)

It's just a cloaker. I mean, they do have some internal organs, which are removed, and the hide is treated. But it's pretty much a cloaker.

• At-will, std, ranged; your cloak flies toward target and engulfs them. They are grappled and blinded (DC 15 Str save ends).
• Recharge 33%, reaction; your cloak deflects an incoming targeted attack, rolling a +11 parry check. If successful, the attack misses you. Cannot use while engulfing.
