This cloak is crafted from the hide of a giant manta ray, with a hood that resembles the creature's distinctive head and wings that drape over the shoulders.

While wearing it, you can breathe underwater and gain a swim speed equal to your walking speed. You also have advantage on all checks made to swim or resist being pulled underwater. The cloak provides no benefits while on land.
