Cloak of the Gargoyle
This heavy cloak is stitched from cured gargoyle hide, mottled stone-grey and rough to the touch. The shoulders and hood are reinforced with weathered scraps of the original creature's stony plating, so that the cloak weighs more than it has any right to. Worn loose, it merely looks dour; pulled tight with the hood up, the wearer takes on the silhouette of a brooding statue.
While wearing the cloak, your skin toughens between blows. You gain stoneskin: reduce all incoming physical (bludgeoning, piercing, slashing) damage by 3.
Encounter, swift, concentration; you turn to invulnerable stone. While transformed, your speed is 0, you are immune to all damage and conditions, and you cannot take any actions other than to end the effect (free action). The transformation lasts up to 1 minute. You can perceive your surroundings normally, but you cannot speak or cast spells. Effects targeting you that were already in progress (ongoing damage, ongoing saves) are suspended for the duration and resume when the effect ends.
