Cloak of Rust

Made of rust monster hide, this cloak corrodes metal objects that come into contact with it.

At-will, reaction to being struck by a metal weapon; the cloak inflicts 2d8+8 damage to the weapon, ignoring hardness and resistance. If this is enough to destroy the weapon, the weapon is rusted to uselessness and you take no damage. Otherwise, reduce the damage you take by the amount rolled.
