Ring of Indomitability

This thick platinum band is inscribed with runes of warding and set with a deep blue sapphire. Once per encounter, as an immediate action when you would be hit by an attack, you can activate the ring to fully absorb all damage and debilitating effects from that single attack. The protection applies only to you, even if others are also affected by the attack, with one exception: if an area effect was specifically centered on you, the entire effect is negated for all targets.
