Ring of Force Barrier

This ornate mithril band features an elongated blue topaz cut to resemble a wall. At-will as a swift action, you can manifest a wall of shimmering force that extends 1 square to your left and 1 square to your right (3 squares total), rising 10 feet tall. The barrier requires concentration to maintain. Any attack whose line of effect passes through the barrier has its damage absorbed by the shield. The barrier can absorb damage up to half your maximum HP before failing. It regenerates 10% of its capacity each round. If reduced to 0, the barrier drops and cannot be reformed until it recharges (recharge 33%).
