Conjurer's Implement (Rank 4)

Effect: The conjurer's implement helps extend your Dominance, allowing you to control more minions, or more powerful minions.

• Gain +8 Dominance, allowing you to control more minions, or more powerful ones.
• You summon and bind minions more quickly, reducing the time required to bring a new minion under your command.
• You can issue commands to your dominated minions as a free action, rather than spending an action to direct them.
• As a reaction, you can release one dominated minion and dominate another eligible minion in its place, provided you have sufficient Dominance.
