Effect: The conjurer's implement helps extend your Dominance, allowing you to control more minions, or more powerful minions.

• Gain +6 Dominance, allowing you to control more minions, or more powerful ones.
• Recharge 33%; you quicken an action used to summon a minion, from std->swift or swift->free.
• You can issue commands to your dominated minions as a free action, rather than spending a swift action to direct them.
• As a reaction, you can unsummon or release a chosen number of current minions and summon a new one in a location of your choice, such as between you and an incoming attack.
