A swift weapon is optimized for speed and precision. It grants bonuses to attack rolls and parry checks.

Primary Effect: +2 hit, +2 parry

Secondary Effect: Bonus parry attempt each round without expending reaction. When you score a hit or successfully parry, gain 50% haste for 1 round (stacks and refreshes).
