A swift weapon is optimized for speed and precision. It grants bonuses to attack rolls and parry checks.

Primary Effect: +5 hit, +5 parry

Secondary Effect: When you score a hit or successfully parry, gain 100% haste for 1 round (stacks and refreshes). Parry never requires a reaction.
