A keen weapon is optimized for striking weak points. It grants bonuses to critical hit rating and critical power.

Primary Effect: +1 crit, +50% crit power

Secondary Effect: When you inflict critical damage, half your critical bonus damage repeats each round (Con ends). Critical hits inflict frail (Con ends).
