A keen weapon is optimized for striking weak points. It grants bonuses to critical hit rating and critical power.

Primary Effect: +3 crit, +100% crit power

Secondary Effect: All attacks inflict ongoing damage equal to your normal critical bonus damage, stacking with critical hits (Con ends). Critical hits can inflict weakened (Con ends) or clumsy (Dex ends) at your option.
