A keen weapon is optimized for striking weak points. It grants bonuses to critical hit rating and critical power.

Primary Effect: +2 crit, +50% crit power

Secondary Effect: Repeating critical damage is now 100% of the original critical bonus damage. Critical hits inflict frail (Con ends).
