Wield Spell

At-will, free; choose one spell. You are now "wielding" that spell. You threaten one chosen target within the spell's range (changeable for free each round). If that target provokes an attack of opportunity, you can use the wielded spell as a reaction. If the spell can be used to counter a spell, then you can use it as a reaction to the target casting a spell. If you end up using the spell as an attack of opportunity, you must pay its Mana/slot cost; if you use it multiple times in the same round, you need only spend the cost once.
