Wings of the Dragon

You have draconic wings, strong enough to bear your weight. Depending on rank, you gain movement types:

• Rank 1: you can slow fall any distance, and can glide 10 squares horizontally for each 1 square you fall.
• Rank 2: gain Levitation speed equal to your walking speed.
• Rank 3: gain Fly speed equal to your walking speed. You can Hustle for 1 hour per Con bonus before exhaustion, flying at double speed overland.
• Rank 4: gain Hover ability, allowing you to remain stationary in the air while flying. Each round of sustained flight without other actions adds +100% to your flying speed, max 10x.
• Rank 5: your overland flying speed increases by 10x each round, capping at 100x.

Your wings are tough enough to be used to Block for medium damage, and can be used as an offhand weapon inflicting medium bludgeoning damage (Str based).

Wing Buffet: recharge 33%, std, cone 3; you blast enemies in a 3-square cone with the force of your wings, causing push 5 per rank (Str half), with enemies knocked prone on a failed Str save.

You can choose to have your wings out at all times, or to be able to summon and dismiss them at will. If you choose the former, your wings are stronger, inflicting heavy damage and blocking the same, as well as Wing Buffet being at-will and inflicting medium bludgeoning damage in addition.
