Elemental Form

Encounter, swift; you become an elemental creature of your chosen type for up to 1 round per rank.

While in elemental form:

• You gain Immunity to your chosen element.
• You gain a movement mode appropriate to your element (e.g. burrow for earth, fly for air, swim for water).
• Your unarmed attacks deal heavy damage of your chosen type.
• You are immune to critical hits, poison, and disease.
