Reaction; you freeze yourself into a block of ice, rendering you immune to external effects and damage, but unable to move or take physical actions. The block itself has HP equal to a heavy damage roll and is vulnerable to fire. You can end the effect as a free action.

Action	Description
Endothermic Blaster	you shoot a stream of cold, rapidly cooling everything it touches.
Icicle Launcher	you create a razor-sharp icicle, then propel it forward at a target (Dex vs AC).
Ice Wall	you create a 10-ft high wall of ice which blocks movement, line of sight, and line of effect.
Blizzard (Rank 3)	on turn start in the area, subjects suffer heavy frost damage plus chilled.
