At-will, std, ranged, circle 1/rank, concentration; you blight the land, warping it into fiendish terrain. Vegetation withers, soil blackens, and thorned, grasping growth erupts. Within the area, your enemies treat the ground as difficult terrain and suffer light piercing damage for each square of movement; you and your allies are unhindered, as the landscape fights for you.
If you concentrate on the blight for a full scene, it becomes permanent, and spreads as taint (see Ruin). A blighted field yields no crops until cleansed.
