Temporal Acceleration

You warp your personal flow of time, allowing you to act faster than the world around you, borrow against your future, or steal time from your enemies.

Rank 1: Borrow & Steal

You may borrow an action from your next turn (taking it now, then losing one of the corresponding type next turn), or, as a reaction, attempt to steal an action from an enemy (Wis save negates; on failure, the enemy loses one action of your choice on its next turn).

Rank 2: Time Hop & Recall

You gain access to the Mark/Recall effect: at-will, swift, you may set a temporal anchor at your current position, HP, and condition, and later rewind yourself to that state. You may also use a short Time Hop, skipping yourself forward in time by a few seconds (effectively avoiding effects that resolve before your next turn).

Rank 3: Time Stop (Single Action)

Free, expends 1 Focus; you immediately take a single action out of the flow of time (Time Stop rules). One round per encounter per rank above 2.

Rank 4: Time Stop (Multiple, or Shared)

You may expend 2 Focus to take two actions outside the flow of time, or to grant a single such action to an ally.
