You influence chemical reactions and the bonds between molecules--accelerating, slowing, breaking, or forging them at will.

Rank 1: Reaction Speed

You can change the rate of chemical reactions in a small area or on a single target. You can freeze a fire (slowing oxidation to a crawl), accelerate a fire to inferno scale, or otherwise speed up or slow down processes such as fermentation, rust, decay, or acid burn. You also gain the ability to deal heavy acid damage in a small area, and to resist incoming acid damage.

Rank 2: Bond Manipulation

You can directly create or break chemical bonds. You can disintegrate an object by breaking the bonds of its constituent molecules (Con/Sturdiness save partial). You can also fuse two objects together by forging new bonds along their contact surface, creating a permanent join.

Rank 3+: TBD

Higher-rank effects are still in design. Possibilities include selective transmutation, large-scale catalysis (e.g. converting an entire pool of poison into harmless water), and accelerating or reversing biological processes.
