Whenever you reduce an enemy to 0 hit points with a melee attack, you regain one expended rune from your Runeforge, and you may immediately move up to half your speed toward another enemy without provoking attacks of opportunity.
At rank 3, you regain all expended runes instead of one.
At rank 4, the free movement is up to your full speed, and if you end it adjacent to an enemy, you may make a single melee attack against it as a free action.
