You are resistant to poison and disease. At rank 3, you are immune.
Poisons
- Deadly Poison: medium ongoing poison damage, Con ends
- Numbing Poison: disadvantage to reaction-based defenses (parry, dodge, etc.), Con ends
- Magekiller Poison (rank 2+): subject must pass a Con save against the poison's DC when casting a spell or lose it, Con ends
- Slowing Poison (rank 2+): -50% movement speed, Con ends
- Wound Poison (rank 3+): subject cannot heal, Con ends
- Hallucinogenic Poison (rank 3+): confused (acts randomly), Con ends
- Paralysis Poison (rank 4+): subject is paralyzed, Con ends
Diseases
- Fever: poisoned condition
- Hemophilia (rank 2+): all slashing and piercing damage causes bleeding, inflicting half the damage ongoing (Con ends)
- Necrotizing Fasciitis (rank 3+): one limb becomes infected and rots, inflicting medium ongoing damage (Con ends). Each round the infection spreads to adjacent body parts; once all limbs are infected, the disease reaches the core and is fatal.
