You can create a wave which you or a vessel you are in ride on top of, which moves with you. In effect, this allows you to propel yourself on the surface of a body of water with neither wind nor oars. The speed of travel and the maximum size of the vessel (if used) is dependent on level and energy expenditure. Since we're playing Dark Sun, I'll implement this later.
