Actions Action Description Lightning Strike Single-target ranged strike for heavy lightning damage. Static Charge Place a charge on target that releases on movement or melee strike. Shock (rank 2) Discharge a static charge to stun instead of damage. Chain Lightning (rank 2) Lightning Strike bounces up to 2 additional targets per rank. Lightning Leap (rank 2) Teleport within range, creating a burst of lightning at your destination. Lightning Storm (rank 3) Maintain a circle in which you can strike chosen targets each turn.
