Necrotic Touch	Touch attack causes damage and weakened/frail/clumsy.
Defile Nature	Drain energy from natural area to fuel your magic.
Kill and Animate Plants	Kill medium plants and raise them as undead servitors.
Wither Limb (rank 2)	Necrotic Touch withers a creature's limb, which you then control.
Blighted Area (rank 2)	Create a zone that saps vitality and empowers undead.
Raise Undead Servant (rank 3)	Necrotic Touch can kill a creature outright and raise it as undead.
