Teleport

A teleport speed allows you to instantly transport yourself to a different location within range. Teleportation is instantaneous — you disappear from your current location and appear at the destination without passing through the intervening space.

Teleportation does not provoke opportunity attacks, since you do not move through any squares between origin and destination. You must have line of sight to your destination, or know the exact location (e.g. a memorized location or one described by a divination effect).

Teleportation ignores difficult terrain, walls, barriers, and any other physical obstacles between you and the destination. However, certain magical effects can block teleportation (e.g. dimensional anchor, antimagic fields, or wards specifically designed to prevent teleportation).

If your destination is occupied by a solid object or creature, the teleportation fails and you remain in your original location (you do not lose the action). If you teleport to a location in mid-air and you have no fly or levitate speed, you immediately begin to fall.

You can split your move action between teleportation and other movement types. For example, if you have Walk 6 and Teleport 4, you could walk 3 squares and then teleport 4 squares.
