- Condemn: an enemy within range is marked as an offender against your Ethos until the end of your next turn. Your Sneak Attack against it does not require advantage, and it suffers disadvantage on saving throws against powers used by you or your allies.
- Sanction: an ally within range is blessed until the end of your next turn. It gains advantage on its next attack roll or saving throw, and if it is reduced to 0 hit points while sanctioned, it drops to 1 hit point instead.
At rank 2, Condemn also causes the first attack that hits the subject to deal +50% radiant damage. At rank 3, Sanction lasts for 3 rounds.
