At-will, standard action, concentration, DC 15+; you create a zone of absolute silence in a 15-foot radius centered on a point within 60 feet. No sound can be created within or pass through the zone. Creatures inside are deafened. Spells with verbal components cannot be cast within the zone. Concentration spells that rely on verbal commands are suppressed while the caster is inside.
- DC +2: increase the radius by 15 feet (stackable).
- DC +4: the zone moves with a target creature or object instead of remaining stationary.
- Creatures can enter and leave the zone freely; only sound is blocked.
