At-will, standard action, touch, DC 27+; you perform a total restoration of a creature's body. Lost limbs regenerate, missing organs regrow, and the target is returned to perfect physical condition. The target is restored to full hit points with no exhaustion, no conditions, and no scars. Even congenital conditions or birth defects are corrected (if the target wishes).
- DC +4: you can restore a creature from a fragment of its body (a bone, a lock of hair, a vial of blood), as long as the soul is available and willing.
- This spell represents the upper limit of physical healing. Conditions of the soul or mind require other formae.
