At-will, 1 hour ritual, DC 25+; you create a permanent portal between two locations. Both ends must be at locations you have physically visited and can vividly picture. The ritual requires 1 hour of uninterrupted concentration. Once complete, the portal persists indefinitely, requiring no further magical input. It can be sealed (see Close Portal) or dispelled, but otherwise functions continuously.
- DC +4: the portal can be keyed to specific creatures or groups; others see only a blank wall or archway.
- DC +4: the portal can be toggled open or closed by a command word or gesture you designate.
- Creating a permanent portal to another plane increases the DC by +4.
