At-will, standard action, concentration, DC 17+; you create a portal large enough for creatures to walk through (up to a 10-foot diameter circle). One end of the portal appears within 10 feet of you; the other end appears at a point within line of sight up to 300 feet away. Creatures and objects can pass through in either direction freely. The portal is visible as a shimmering disc of energy.
- DC +2: the other end can be placed at a familiar location up to 1 mile away, without line of sight.
- DC +4: up to 10 miles away.
- DC +2: increase the portal diameter to 20 feet.
- The portal remains open as long as you concentrate.
