If the portal is sustained by another caster's concentration, they must make a spellcasting check against your spell DC to keep it open.
- DC +4: the seal lasts 1 hour.
- DC +8: the seal is permanent until dispelled.
- This spell can also suppress a permanent portal for its duration.
