At-will, standard action, concentration, DC 13+; you open a small, circular window-like portal (up to 2 feet in diameter) between two points within 30 feet, both of which you can see. Objects can be passed through the portal in either direction, and you can see and hear through it. The portal is too small for most creatures to pass through.
- DC +2: increase the range between the two points to 120 feet (stackable doublings).
- DC +2: the portal is one-way (you choose which direction); the other side appears as empty air.
- Anything poking through the portal is "there" on the other side—you can reach through to manipulate objects.
