At-will, std, ranged; subject suffers internal damage equal to the total damage they have inflicted on you in the encounter, minus any previous castings of Grudge.

Talents:

Everybody's Grudge: you can include damage done to your allies, including spells that hit multiple at once (all damage counts).
Cumulative Grudge: casting Grudge no longer resets the damage total; each subsequent casting adds to the previous ones.
