Summon Minion

At-will, std, ranged; you summon a minion of your choice from the Minion roster, which appears in an unoccupied space within range. Per the rules of Dominance, you can control this minion at will, so long as you have no other competing minions under your command at the time. The minion serves you faithfully, obeying your every command, and interpreting them according to its intelligence when you aren't available to question.

Only one minion from this power can serve you at a time; summoning a new one dismisses the old.
