At-will, std, ranged; the subject is flooded with unbearable pleasure, leaving them incapacitated and unwilling to act (Wis ends). They may defend themselves if attacked, which ends the effect.
Addiction: a creature that has experienced your euphoria for 3 or more rounds in a single scene must pass a Wis save or become addicted. An addicted creature craves the sensation: you gain advantage on social checks against it, and it must pass a Wis save to take hostile action against you. The addiction is a hold that does not expire on its own; it can be broken only by magic or by a scene of genuine, aided resolve. Feeding or exploiting the addiction is a sin, and a reliable source of soul shards.
