Call Of The Void

At-will, std, ranged; the target glimpses what waits between the stars. Choose the flavor of the glimpse (Wis ends):

• Fear: the target is frightened of you, and must spend its movement getting away from you.
• Madness: the target is confused, acting randomly (GM rolls its actions) while the whispers persist.
• Despair: the target is convinced nothing matters; it suffers disadvantage on all checks and cannot benefit from advantage or inspiration.

A target that ends the effect by save is shaken but wiser; a target that endures it for a full scene must save again or acquire a lingering phobia or mania.
