At-will, swift; you invoke a Service clause from an active contract. The debtor knows, wherever they are, exactly what is owed and that it is now due. They perform the Service, or they breach (see Contract: the breacher suffers damage scaling with the Debt, and you seize shards equal to it).
There is no range limit between you and a signatory of your own contracts.
