At-will, swift, concentration, ranged; you sense the emotional state of a target within range. You can sense the target's current emotional state, and whether they are under the influence of an emotion-altering effect.
At rank 2, you can also read (but not modify) their sensory inputs, allowing you to perceive the world as they do.
