Hostile Sense Link

At-will, swift, ranged, concentration; you link your senses with an unwilling target, allowing you to see, hear, feel, taste, and smell everything they do, and they do the same for you. The link persists as long as you concentrate, even if the target moves out of range. Wisdom ends.

At rank 2, you can hide your sensations from the target, so they only feel their own sensations, while you still feel both.

At rank 3, you can manifest in such a way that, if they do not otherwise know you're using this power on them, they do not detect it. Therefore, they cannot save to end the effect.

At rank 4, you can stop concentrating, and you stop perceiving the target's sensations, but you can resume the effect as a standard action, even if they're out of range, as long as it hasn't been more than 24 hours since you last concentrated.
