Hive Mind

At-will, swift, concentration, up to 1 target per rank including yourself, ranged; you link minds with willing targets, sharing not just thoughts, but mental abilities. Linked targets can use their reaction to offer an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma save to replace an ally's failed save, and can choose to absorb an equal share of an ally's psychic damage.

At rank 3, you can also share the knowledge of a power with an ally, allowing them to use it as if they had it on their own list. The shared power must be of appropriate rank for the target. While a power is shared, you can't use it yourself. It is a free action to revoke the power. Each person in the hive mind can only have one shared power at a time, and you can't share the same power with multiple allies at once.

At rank 4, you can share non-psychic damage, converting half the damage of any given attack into psychic damage that is split equally between all willing targets except the one who took the first half.
