At-will, swift; you force atmospheric water vapor to condense into droplets and fall as rain or snow (depending on temperature, although you can force snow if you have Chill Touch). The area of the precipitation is given by the table below. At typical temperature and humidity, the air will be depleted of water within 1-5 rounds, depending on how heavy the rain is (your choice). In an extreme scenario (such as a hot sauna), it could last from 5 rounds to 6 minutes, and in a very dry scenario, it could take less than a round. The water that precipitates obeys the laws of physics.

You have a choice of how fast the water precipitates, which affects the intensity of the precipitation, but the same amount of overall rain/snow will fall regardless. You can dial down the intensity to a light shower or dusting, dial it up to a torrential rain, or literally dump the entire water content of the air in a single round. The depletion time shown below refers to the scenarios between light and torrential rain, but you can choose any time lower than that, down to one round. Given ordinary temperature and relative humidity, the total amount of water in the air can lead to flooding in the largest areas (such as 3 km diameter circle), but in smaller scenarios, it mostly serves to just get everything wet.

If you choose to concentrate, you can adjust the intensity of precipitation at will, and the effect becomes an emanation centered on you. You can cancel concentration at any time, either stopping the precipitation, or leaving it to continue in the area at the most recent rate until depleted.
