At-will, std, ranged; you create a blast of wind, causing Push 10 to the target (Str half). If the target is pushed into a solid object, they take medium bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone. If the target is pushed into a hazard (pit, fire, etc), they suffer the hazard's normal effects as well.
You can attempt to direct the target toward a secondary target. If the spell's DC meets or exceeds the AC of the secondary target, you strike them with the primary target. In that case, they both split medium bludgeoning damage, and both must pass a Str save or be knocked prone. If the attack misses, the primary target is pushed as normal, but it doesn't count as striking a solid object (unless there's a wall right behind them or something).
Rank 2
At rank 2, you gain the option to create a cone 5 that pushes all targets within it. You cannot aim these targets at secondary targets, as the cone is too imprecise.
You also gain the option, when not using the cone, to pull targets instead of pushing.
Rank 3
At rank 3, you can choose to Slide targets instead of Pushing or Pulling.
You can also use this power in a line 10 instead of a cone.
