At-will, standard action, concentration, DC 19+; you create a tornado at a point within 120 feet. The funnel is 10 feet wide at its base and 30 feet tall. It moves at your direction (up to 30 feet per round as a free action). Any creature that comes within 10 feet of the tornado must make a Strength save or be swept up into it, taking heavy bludgeoning damage and being flung 30 feet in a random direction upon exiting. Creatures inside the tornado cannot take actions and are tossed about.
- DC +2: increase the tornado's width to 20 feet and height to 60 feet.
- DC +4: the tornado can pick up and fling objects up to Large size, creating a hail of debris that deals medium bludgeoning damage to creatures within 30 feet.
- Structures in the tornado's path take massive damage. Wooden structures are destroyed; stone structures are damaged.
