At-will, standard action, touch, DC 17+; you touch a diseased creature and drive the disease from its body. The disease is not merely suppressed—the pathogen or corruption is separated from healthy tissue and expelled. The DC depends on the severity of the disease:

This spell works on diseases of the body. Mental afflictions, curses that manifest as disease, or spiritual corruption may require higher DCs or combination with other formae.
Damage already inflicted by the disease is not healed (see Cura for that).
