At-will, standard action, circle 8, DC 23+; you call down a pillar of white-hot fire on a target area within 300 feet. The conflagration is so intense that it deals devastating fire damage to all creatures in the area (Dex save for half). Creatures that fail the save catch fire and continue to take medium fire damage at the start of each turn until they spend an action to extinguish themselves. The ground in the area is left as molten slag for 1 minute (difficult terrain that deals light fire damage).
- DC +4: the fire burns even in the absence of oxygen and cannot be extinguished by water or mundane means.
- DC +4: the radius doubles.
