At-will, standard action, ranged, DC 23+; you target a creature, object, or area within 120 feet and encase it in permanent, supernaturally cold ice. A creature must make a Constitution save; on failure, it is frozen solid in a block of magical ice. While frozen, the creature is in suspended animationβit doesn't age, breathe, or take ongoing damage from existing effects. The ice resists mundane damage and has resistance to all damage types except fire.
- Thawing requires magical fire (dealing at least 50 fire damage to the ice), a successful Purgatio at DC 23, or your willing dismissal.
- DC +4: the ice is immune to fire damage as well; only dispelling magic or your dismissal can free the target.
- If used on terrain, you can permanently freeze a body of water (up to a small pond at base DC; +4 per size category larger).
