At-will, standard action, touch, DC 23+; you permanently transform a creature into another creature of similar or lesser size. The target must be willing, or must fail a Charisma save. The transformation is total: the target assumes the new form's physical attributes, senses, and natural abilities, but retains its memories, personality, and mental attributes unless it chooses to surrender them.
- This transformation is permanent and real (not an enchantment)—it cannot be dispelled, only reversed by another Forma Vera or more powerful magic.
- DC +4: transform the target into something of a larger size category.
- DC +4: the target can shift between its original and new form at will (as a standard action).
